Metamorphosis went to a different road, it was a hell that she more or less entered herself. This story is much darker because the MC didn't have any way out at the beginning and at the end, when she did have an option to actually recover a bit of her happiness, she rejected it, because a part of herself blamed her sister, and she wanted her sister to be happy.

Metamorphosis was completely bleak at the end, but this series was bleak from the beginning and just showed a bit of hope at the very end.

Where did you pull MC gets married?
It's her sister that get married.

Sachi rats out her uncle and it's implied through out the whole chapter 1/2 where she herself as a kid who knows nothing yet. Theres even some panel where we see her as the one who monologuing the story.

End of story the brother managed to ran out and get to their uncle/aunt house but only to realise that her sister seems already happy with her life. (She seems saved by another family likely adopted or something)

Much years later Sachi get married and we see the MC sitting on the bench near the church (likely waiting for miracles to happen).
In page 32 you can easily see that on the eye panel (her sister have that beauty mark) probably noticed her long brother hence we got the final panel with her facing towards the bench.

On Page 33 we see the bench with no one hence it's likely they move somewhere else after being reunited.

I do give page 31 a big question with my pessimism though which ask whether MC still selling her body or not but let's just leave that and think it as a open vague happy ending.

The outfit the MC is wearing combined with how the people coming out of the build look makes me think they are doing some kind of manual labor that might not ass too many questions about identity and the park is just close by combined with a potentially unpaid lunch break.

@ xaelath I think this is considered ambiguous but bittersweet as when Miki during her escape witness her little sister living a good life she wished to join her but cannot let her and her new family see her in a current state that she remains on the run and hiding ,what ever happened to her remains unknown especially the last pages when Miki. many years later just sits on the bench next to the church eating a snack when she saw her sister Miki. as a bride going to the church as she begins to notice her leaving a empty bench on the last page with only two interpretation ,did Miki. just run away from the bench in order to prevent herself from being spotted by her sister or did she reunite with her in the end?

Well... It's pretty bleak but the end, while not happy, isn't a bad one.
She succeed in escaping them and survive ling enough to find a job
Not a good one, but one where she can escape hernhorrible past with honest manual labor.
I don't think she meet her sister again. She look after her but she don't want to enter her life again. She would disturb her new happy life. Sachi would surely throw it away to rush to her lost brother/sister... And mc don't want that.
She will look after her, in the shadow, knowing she saved her sister from her own fate.
That's not a bad end (surprisingly) but clearly not a happy end either. It's what I call, a rift end.
