I think the mind control tag is valid, and we're just missing some context.

1) This series is missing the first page (which is just a random submission on his page/not on his Patreon). The image description basically spells out that she's under mind control without actually saying it.

2) Meesh has only used purple eyes to denote a mind control theme.

3) Meesh likes mind control themes. Patreon doesn't. Since he wants to post everything to Patreon he can't do them. Unless he does what other people do to get around Patreon rules: post things of a certain theme without direct tags to said theme.

So... Make your own decision. If "shy character that suddenly has purple eyes, shed modesty, and fucks people in public" isn't mind control, then I don't know what is.

Geesh, such arrogance. Mind control is a very broad category: some authors use it as a quick way to have a character go into some trance where they mindlessly follow orders, where others use it to slowly brainwash a character until their personality is utterly warped, be it as a mindless puppet, a hyper sexualized version of their former selves or, you guessed it, a bimbo.
I.e., there are countless mind control stories where "turning someone into a bimbo" is the end-goal. And altered eyes (be it glazed eyes, or eyes with hearts on them) are a staple of MC imagery to denote that the character is in an altered state.
Additionally, looking at the pictures here I notice a sign on the wall that seems to say "Good girls obey", another saying "(... something) good girl", and the presence of a ton more signs that are obscured (one of which seems to include the word "Marcus"). Having read my fair share of MC stories, these sound a lot like mantras meant to reinforce the girl's conditioning, so that each time she sees one of the signs she'll repeat the message to herself and deepen the brainwashing (in particular, "good girl" seems meant as a bit of a "trigger phrase", and I've definitely seem MC authors use that exact phrase that way before). On the other hand, the presence of the signs makes far less sense if she were just a regular bimbo.

So, overall, anyone who has read a good deal of MC has good reason to guess that this is in fact an MC story. But, guess what, if the MC angle is subtle enough that you don't notice it, you are, in fact, free to pretend it's not there. There is no law saying that you need to enjoy the story in the exact terms intended by the author.

Just do a quick search for "artist:meesh$ mind control" on this site, and you'll quickly note that there are a fair number of unmistakable MC themes in Meesh's work. It may not be everything he does, but it's clearly there.

P.S.: And to put the final nail in the discussion, I've now noticed that Meesh has used this same male horse character before, in two male-male scenes called "NewPrey" (at https://e-hentai.org/s/82257c4df9/1472251-34) and "Hypnohelp" (at https://e-hentai.org/s/81c05e2aba/1472251-56) where you can see the horse character using hypnosis on a male tiger character (in the second scene you can tell it's the same horse character thanks to the triangular necklace, which also appears on page 20 of the current gallery, and seems to be the object that triggers the hypnosis). In other words, based on Meesh's other published work, the backstory of this horse character seems to be that he goes around hypnotizing people. So... make your own decision.
