Combined the uncensored Chinese scan sold at FF37 with the English TL by Cave Translations (thanks for the heads-up, nasu). The scan quality isn't quite as good as the digital, but this is the original uncensored work, not a fan decensor as I originally believed.

If someone still wants to take a crack at decensoring the digital, it's definitely worth doing if you're a stickler for the highest possible quality. I'm no belldandy, so I'll leave that to the ones who know what they're doing - but I think for now this is more than good enough to fap to lol

The decensored version is a scanned version of the Chinese language version released at FF37, so it should be the version before censorship was even added by the artist.

Basically Mizuryu Kei is a massive Marine fan. Enough that he got hired to do some work on their "hololive alternative" multimedia project.
About a month ago? He went on a twitter tirade about being mistreated by Cover and he'd never work with them again and that he'd never been treated like that his whole life.
He kept vague and didn't mention any details. Later he deleted those tweets.

Leaving behind a huge mystery as to what happened. Is Cover incompetent? Is Mizuryu Kei just autistic? Was that really his buddy dropping details in Chinese to bilibili?
I don't know. You shouldn't let it stop you from enjoying the doujin though.

The current theory was that he went on an autistic tirade after he tried to renegotiate his contract with Cover. Man should have known better, considering he's sort of in the industry as a Hmanga artist.

His "translation group" didn't do anything but try to stir shit up and speculate. Remember that there's still some simmering resentment regarding Hololive in China that the antis will latch onto ANYTHING.
