It is suggested that the reason she "abandons" her son and to a lesser extent her daughter is because her son, Kousuke, has had a strong libido since he was a child (page 115 .) This is most likely around the time that Kousuke's mother and father were first separated given that Kousuke mentions that he's finally able to see her. It's also quite likely that Kousuke was already living with his father and sister with a clearly absent Yuka-san, when the mother leaves Kousuke specifically with Kaede. (One would think that Sayuri would leave Kousuke to Yuka's care rather than Kaede's.) This is further supported in page 90, when Kaede lets us know that she and Kousuke had been together "forever." The timelines work out quite well too given that on page 153, Sayuri mentions that she hasn't had sex in over 10 years, which would align with the time of her separation with her unnamed husband. And to boot, her husband is the only other sexual partner she mentions when her son penetrates her anally. Sayuri is somewhat of a "demodori" who only intervenes when she finds out that Yuka and Kaede are undermining the very reason she abandoned him: his insatiable lust, the likes of which she finds perverted especially when focused on a family member. Hence her outrage when she discovers that Yuka and Kaede have been indulging Kousuke.

The reason no one but Kaede knew who she was was most likely a result of Sayuri's insistence. She was hoping that by removing herself from her son's life, she would put an end to his perversion. But this came at a cost, which is that she's been lonely without her son and presumably her daughter. She attempted to compensate for this by running a local bakery where she can at least interact with her son from time to time. It's also important to note that Sayuri may have not been able to see her son that often given that the father is suggested to have had custody of both Kaede and Kousuke after their separation. Again, a young Kousuke mentions that he was "finally" able to meet with her. So while she technically did "abandon" her son, she did get to see him virtually every day on the weekdays when he went to and came back from school. And that's probably more interaction than she was getting when she separated from her husband. At the end when she asks her son to leave her with a present as well, it is in fact a reference to pregnancy. But this is clearly meant to not only demonstrate her submission to her own lust for her son, but also the fact that she's been lonely since she's been separated from her family. Hence, the baby would alleviate her loneliness since she doesn't plan on having sex in response to the expectation that she'll have to leave her son once again. In other words, it's a way to keep a piece of her son with her.

As for the reason Kaede is insistent herself on having Kousuke refer to her as "mama" is because it's a contrivance developed to facilitate her sexual relationship with her brother and lay the seeds for the theme of oedipal conquest. Kousuke is attracted to his mother. In order to have sex with him, Kaede had to become "mama." It was first Sayuri, then Kaede, then Yuka, then back to Kaede when she resumed her "mama" role.

As for Yuka, she doesn't necessarily say that she "can't get pregnant" which would be "妊娠できない." It's a mistranslation. It literally translates to "my body isn't pregnant." So it would've been better to translate it as "Don't worry, you... haven't gotten me pregnant, so..." which would suggest she's on the pill (an unlikely scenario) or it's her safe day (a more likely and probable scenario.) It isn't likely at all that she's infertile given that she's married to Kousuke's father, who probably wouldn't have married her, or may have divorced her upon learning that she was infertile, which would have read as "不妊症" [funinshou.] So why is Yuka the only one who doesn't demand that she be impregnated unlike Sayuri and Kaede? Yuka is married. She can't explain to her husband who's on a business trip how she conceived a child during his absence without surely threatening her marriage.

Also, the title doesn't translate as "My Three Horny Moms." It translates as "My own horny mothers" or more easy to read "A set of horny mothers just for me." I would've also made sure to make distinctions between Yuka as "mom," and Sayuri as "mom," especially since he refers to Kaede as "mama." Perhaps Yuka could've been "mom" and Sayuri could've been "mother." Other than a few parts that were either forgotten or ignored in translation, this was an excellent job considering the length and the amount of time it took to release. Overall, great work.

But it makes no sense from a realistic point of view. I know we should not be looking for realism in our hentai, but this one seems to be taking place in a normal society. The part that does not make sense is her reason for leaving. So your young son is a bit more touchy-feely and curious than other kids. This sort of thing does also take place in real life, and by later in life the son either phases it out, or he keeps it hidden but never acts on.
