TBH at the time he had 3 series going on, This, Seijo no Rakuin, and Erona 2,Seijo no Rakuin seems over, so he might pick this one next to finish, and then Erona 2....
Fukuyama Naoto is another h-mangaka that tends to make multiple series at the same time.

Seijo no Rakuin is not over yet since it said つづく on the last page of ch5. I guess Seijo no Rakuin still needs 2 more chapters to be over based on the current story progression. Because of his slow releases of new chapters, I believe we need to wait a least a year to see the continuation of Erona 2 and M Onna Joushi. He's even stopped Erona 2 for speeding up the progression of Seijo no Rakuin

He's fine. He last updated his blog in May but he said he was busy since he was moving and with whatever he was working on. He was sick for a bit but is fine now. Annunciation of Despair chapter 6 is coming out this month.
