the outlaw star has such an interesting universe it's a real pity the one sequel didn't really delve much into the universes background.

I was always fascinated by the hints of possible background history dropped in the slide show in the ending songs.
I know it's not canon , but a guy can imagine and dream can't he.

Still remember Peter Cullen/Optimus Prime doing the promo for Outlaw Star on Toonami the Midnight Run/The original Adult Swim hour 20 years ago almost to the month this year!

Damn! 20 years...

Edit: I just looked it up. Outlaw Star premiered on Toonami's evening block on January 15th 2001. So yeah, we had to wait 20 years and 5 days for the debut of this comic!

If you've ever watched Outlaw Star you'll know that Aisha can transform into a giant Tiger-like beast. Looks like Fred gave her a partial transformation here so it's not just straight bestiality lol.

Outlaw Star sadly didn't do too well in Japan, and its pseudo-sequel was, put politely, not very good by comparison. Like The Big O, western audiences were WAY more receptive, but unlike The Big O, we didn't get a season funded and made specifically with the overseas market in mind.

Pretty good little smut comic going here. Aisha's by far the best girl in the show.

@Bob The Barker: Big O is actually pretty well liked in Japan. A lot of people there missed the initial runtime because of timeslot fuckery, but reairings did fairly well and the DVDs sold very well. People only heard about it after it left the air, but they did hear about it.

Same story happened to Cowboy Bebop. I'm not sure on Outlaw Star, but I do know there's a fanbase for it over there now.
