A coach would be the person who actually manages and probably exercises. The advisor is the person who handles organizing practice matches or transportation.

@Dr.Pavel that vastly depends on what type of advisor it is. The advisor here looks like he's at least in his 30's probably 40's.. which means he's had the time to be an Olympic contestant in his sport for all we know and then let loose.
I hung out with a crew of bodybuilders who went to competitions when I was 20-21. Then some stuff happened, money got stolen, I was too proud to ask friends and family for help and I could literally not feed myself properly. I lost 25% of my bodyweight and I was mostly muscle at the time. After that I lost interest in bodybuilding, finished education for a desk job and drank a lot of sodas daily. In that time I got Obese according to BMI.(lost 15% of body weight since new year, stopped the 3/4 gallon coke a day)

I guarantee that I could train some high schoolers in building muscle in an effective healthy way and that trainer may be fine at his job too.. even if he is a piece of shit as a human being.

Oh, and our athletics advisor in high school was fat.
