This is my unoffical translation. I have no clue how good it is and I took some creative liberties at various points.

I would really like if someone that can actually read the original can tell me how far off this is.

The method is painfully slow and ineffective but so simple anyone can do it with enough time and patience.

You download and open the Japanese/Chinese whatever use google translate on your Phone App. Pick the camera translator. Then the scan mode (not the real time translation). You go really close to the text you want to translate so that it takes up a large chunk of the screen. Then you can choose to translate all of it or draw over the parts you want to translate if the whole block doesn't make sense.

So all of this gallery was made that way with paint.

It's a bad sign when the translator can't read the original....

If anyone cares to check:
Raw can be found here: https://e-hentai.org/g/1066429/a08f308a5f/
Chinese TR: https://e-hentai.org/g/897506/e8559dcff5/
Korean TR: https://e-hentai.org/g/1066427/de16aca41e/

I don't particularly like the typesetting either - Paint is not the best software to do this with. But thanks for trying.

Thanks for the comment, yeah I could a have added the links but I though it would be easy enough to click on the link to the artist and find it. So thanks for that I should have just done it.

Yeah the point of this is not to have a good looking translation so I just picked the first typesetting I found. I just wanted to see if anyone can confirm if it is a good translation or not. Since I have no way of confirming it myself.

If anyone knows a better program than paint to do add text in so It can look better and be easer than pain(t) feel free to say so. As regardless of what people think Im doing this kind of translation for other doujinshi I like anyway.

The ultimate program for image editing is Photoshop. But if you don't want to spent money on Photoshop the next best alternative is GIMP. It's not as powerful or comfortable as PS but it's free. You can download it from gimp.org.

If you want to typeset more I highly recommend that you read a typesetting guide like one of the following:
https://www.insidescanlation.com/etc/the-idiots-guide-to-editing-manga/guide/main
http://www.ruinevil.com/rawr/editguide/index.html
https://quicksandscans.wordpress.com/resources/

And as a good advice for all aspiring typesetters: Using Paint for typesetting is the same as showing up to a gunfight with a spoon.

@Ancient-Alien Haha yeah paint was extremly shitty I just wanted to see if the google photo translator was any good Thanks for the info I will probably get GIMP cause there are some more hentai I want to translate but couldn't be bothered to do it using paint. If GIMP is any better then I will probably do some more and this time I make sure to do a better job at spell checking.

I've dabbled with translating a few doujins myself. Haven't had the chance (or courage) to get them out here yet though, partly because I can't get through the Great Wall of Sad Panda no matter how I tried.

My program of choice is the vector image editor Inkscape. It's free, and there is no loss in quality as you scale the images up/down. Would be of great help if and when you found a better, higher-res source. You just replace the base layer and the other layers scale up.
The other thing is that SVG is smaller, faster to load format, widely adopted as a web standard vs the proprietary PSD.

Secondly, stock up on comic and handwriting fonts. Use the appropriate font for the appropriate contexts.

Thirdly, read the basics of comic typesetting. Center-align the texts. Left aligns are big no-nos. The text should be legible on all screen sizes (most importantly standard smartphones).

Fourth, adapt the translation results. Google Translating bubble by bubble would be at most legible, but the story would be incoherent and word choice jarring. Once you're done, go and read through everything from start to finish, and fix the parts that feel off. Have someone proofread everything, if you can.
