I'm am aware that ehentai feeds a lot of other sites. I found and downloaded it off hitomi . la. It is not on EH (your link doesn't work at the time of writing) for me. If that's a me problem then thats an oof but i don't know what to do about it.

Blame it on advertisers. They objected to their ads appearing alongside galleries in a few genres, off the top of my head incest, lolicon, shotacon and bestiality. If any of those tags are present you have to go to the other site with a dark theme (replace "-" in the link with a "x").
If all you see is a sad panda image, follow the instructions you find on the net regarding "howto access sadpanda" or similar searches.
