To the people who are voting down the comment by @theCircle57: it's a joke / topical reference. The original artwork on which this cosplay is based is infamous for how it's drawn, and it blew up all over again just last week as Twitter drama between the artist, the "non-binary" SJWs who attacked the artist, and the traditional comic book fans (i.e., straight men and women) who defended the artist. And yes, "non-binary" was the cause of the drama, even though it had nothing to do with the character or the artwork. Seriously.
