I'm really not trying to sound petty or selfish here. I've always wondered how Doug's art would have improved over the years. Doug clearly loved to draw what he loved, and he was an "innovator" of his time. He had the potential have been one of the best Shemale/Furry (with Giantess on the side) artists out our era. RIP Doug

Doug was pretty ground-breaking and definitely inspired a lot of artists several times over, I'm sure his smut was like tossing a rock into a pond and the ripples spread out across the entire surface. That he's no longer with us is really sad, especially since he had a good mixture of fun and lewd.

Something that bothers me still to this day is that when he died, that meant the end of a lot of his recurring characters. It doesn't seem fair that fun characters like Pup and Pandora are hardly ever seen anymore, even though I'm sure he'd be flattered and thrilled if he knew that people were still drawing and enjoying his creations.
