Bit pointless to translate something already done decently but it doesn't feel right to lave it unfinished when I'm already this far in........

Funny enough, I was working on this in full before you posted your initial TL, lol. I got the raws direct from FANBOX. It took 5 weeks since the original sample was posted!

When I saw you'd posted your initial gallery, I knew it was a race against time. Didn't want to get snipped again like with our Serenity doujin.

By all means, go ahead and continue your project. I know how it feels to have somebody post something you're already working on, but don't be discouraged. If you put the time in, might as well run accross the finish line.

Yeah for me that first one just happened really quickly, I was still procrastinating actual translation work because I never really got back into Duolingo after breaking my streak there last year but wanted to be a bit more experienced before trying, also still trying to decide what I'd want to make my debut with as I felt like I'd have to represent my love for elbow gloves there. Friend showed me the incomplete raw for this one and convinced me to start with that one despite not really liking Musashi that much because she looked so cute and the gallery seemed seemed perfect for a first translation because it was short and didn't have a lot of text.

Erseaselle was a lot more hyped to get started right away and we finished translation the same night, only then did I realise the raws hadn't even been available on ex for 24h at that point, it took a few days for proofreading, typesetting and decensoring, followed by nitpicking the typesetting a lot more after the first upload so when those extra pages dropped I was already working on our next project (https://e-hentai.org/g/1151995/33c3718d98/, had to shelve that one though, was in over my head trying it at my current level of proficiency) and I was really annoyed with having to do a update on top of an update (especially given we also translate with Pururin in mind, and that site lacks the parent system e-hentai has, updating there means a complete reupload which is really inconvenient). so I decided to multitask it, helps my workflow if I can just work on something else for a bit whenever I get stuck. I was literally opening the artist tag to get to the raw when I saw this upload and it killed my motivation that night.

I'm still gonna finish this up because I don't like leaving work unfinished and don't want to lose my scanlator credit on Pururin (where versions by other scanlators are weeded out as dupes, with preference to the more complete version) definitely gonna be more cautious with very fresh stuff in the future.
