I am all for using people (or characters') preferred pronouns, but if a character in the story is treating her like she's not female, it sounds weird for that same character's pronouns properly.

Okay, so was she always a slut or is this how she became one? Because this seems to be an origin story but it also seems to subtly (or maybe not so subtly) imply that she's used to this.
