Unfortunately >80% of the community are content with the bread crumbs of a translation that this is. It doesn't help that atrocities like these pretty much ensure that there will never be a proper TL of this because most groups lose most motivation to TL/fix something that has an english "translation", as long as it's kinda readable it's unlikely to get fixed.
