this uploader had used technical rule to expunged full sets (I repeat, FULL sets - higher quality, more complete, and uncensored) uploaded by others, so only his tiny sample remain.
you can downvote his galleries all you want, but it won't hurt him - since he won't read him anyway.
instead, hit him where it hurt. go to My Home (top of this page) > My Setting > scroll down to Excluded Uploaders > add Pokom. with that, he won't receive the view, the CP, the point he so desperate about..
