Also, did the work already come in this smaller resolution? The preview of this work on their pixiv was in a much higher resolution, but this one seems to be so small, even with the source res.

If possible, could you please recheck this work and reupload the work in higher res?

I would imagine the resolution on any site where the artist is selling this work would have it in the proper resolution. I imagine OP just downloaded the thumbs available on fantia as opposed to downloading the source image.
