This was the original fan comic created by Stjepan Sejic and released online. Only found long-strip versions of it. He went onto to do a Harley comic for DC. Apologize for the low res but couldn't find a more high res version.

@cfwraith I know a lot of readers complained that his work wasn't finished enough for mainstream comics but I think it has a lot of energy.
