@microwater Herm is just short for hermaphrodite. Futanari is just the Japanese word for hermaphrodite. Both sets of genitals need to be present with or without balls to fit the actual definition. Although the term has generally hijacked as an umbrella term these days. It has nothing to do with excluding furry futas though. Herm is just a common term used by the furry community over Futa.
