Next Chapter is coming out on Friday, which due to the timezone in Japan will be sometime Thursday for most people on the globe. It will feature the return of Azusa and from the preview pictures she seems to be in the hospital, very likely the psychiatric ward. She got heavily affected mentally from what happened in Chapter 4 with her, so I am highly interested where Sakamata Nerimono is going next. Possible predictions:

1. She gets hypnotized again and they live happily ever after
2. She somehow finds the strength to break free and kills Saitou
3. Her minds gets so fucked up that she becomes a complete different person, either in love with saitou or a total airhead that does anything even without being hypnotized

Either way I think Act 5 will be the final Arc of the series and Sakamata Nerimono will move on from this. I also hope we see all the girls with pregnant bellies - was already a bit disappointed when we didn't see one with Azusa.
