It was never said that she used to be a prostitute; she just used to work at Rowan's strip club as a stage performer. From what's been seen or implied of her on the job, she'd just whip the other performers or get whipped herself. One of the novels does have her sticking a pistol up a fat man's ass, but it's non-canon and I doubt the stuff Reby did was all that kinky, as watching videos of people having anal sex is surprising to her in the series. Plus, she looks down on characters who seem to be actual nymphomaniacs, like Eda and Jane. So, I don't really see Reby as someone who'd actually let herself get fucked onstage.
