Thank you very much! I haven't read it all, but from the preface and the table of contents, I can tell this is a motivational book rather than your usual technical, "how to draw" book. In the preface, Saitou Naoki-sensei explained about the mindset of the book. Rather than having a mindset such as "let's draw perfectly", it's better to have the mindset of "don't aim for perfection" in drawing. Improving yourself and taking a pride in that improvement is much important (and better) than blaming yourself for not being able to draw well in one attempt (which usually led one to blame himself for not having "talent").

A quote from the preface: "うまく描けない自分を責めるのではなく、昨日より成長できた自分に、たくさん、たくさん感動すること。これが一番大事なことです。"

"Don't aim to draw well! How to improve your art without getting burnt out" is my attempt at localizing the title, but yeah, you get the general idea of the book.
