The last post on his Patreon was this:

"I just come back from Hospital, couple days ago, I feel uncomfortable, I feel daze and My view can't focus and walk like drunk. the Doctor think I might have Meniere's Disease. My blood pressure was to high. now I feel better but still have daze that let me do some type work. so I think November reward is going to send it out just have 5 pieces work, and the last one will add it later."

So maybe it was something more serious after all. :(
