Hey some tips i can give if you wanna have a decent context of the story. https://www.deepl.com/translator and then when u try to translate something u can click on the translated words and it will come with suggestions of what it could mean. It's a good way to at least have some context in the story. and you can use Qtranslate to scan the words from the images.

Well, at least the guy was honest enough as to confess it, today there are more than an uploader who think that just because they know how to use a couple of translators, that acredit them to do a publication, and you don't notice the real quality of their work unless you know japanese or read carefully their edition.

Edit: There will be a next time!? Man, if something is clear with this try of you of publish an english edition is that you need a lot of practice with language and edition before publish something again.

i'll keep it in mind next time, thanks.the biggest problem was to keep the story consistent, since most of the times i had lose kanjis that just returned one word that made no sense in the context.and i basically had to kinda create my own version i guess? i did try to keep it as close as i could to the original though.

You should give it a go, I used Photoshop with the dropper and brusher tool to cover the og text and then just type the new one over it. The font for Mai in particular I think fits really well. It's the Kristen ITC font. As you can probably see I discovered it halfway through and was too lazy to change it in the first pages xD
Also, this doujin specifically didn't have floating dialogue which could have been a nightmare to translate

This really isn't that bad, sure it could be better, but it is readable to say the least. Just keep in mind all the constructive comments if you ever decide to translate a new one.

Seriously now, I really don't get those saying this is dissapointing. The story in general lacks, just like in most doujinshis, so a few mistakes here and there aren't gonna change much anyway, and even so you can still understand what happened and the context behind things. It is just another shitty "i'm gonna inject a weird drug in your tits" story.

The only thing I'm truly annoyed with is the font used in some parts.
