Unless I am gravely mistaken, "All The King's Men" would be "Вся королевская рать".

This is from Humpty Dumpty rhyme which goes

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

whereas classic Russian version goes

Шалтай-Болтай сидел на стене.
Шалтай-Болтай свалился во сне.
Вся королевская конница,
Вся королевская рать
Не может Шалтая,
Не может Болтая,
Шалтая-Болтая,
Болтая-Шалтая,
Шалтая-Болтая собрать!

While rhythmic structure is, obviously, differs in the last segment, "all the king's men" is most definitely corresponds to "Вся королевская рать".
As I understand artistic choice in the matter of translation, that is not a crucial point.
Still.

On the side note, it is a pity that there are only catboys/unspecified furries here - if they'd were equinoids, dichotomy of "All the King's men"/"Вся королевская конница" would've been most delicious.

At the same time, the main character of the comic is a PRINCE, not a king. The phrase "вся принцевая рать" does not make any sense. So I decided to translate the title of the comic that way: "Все рыцари принца".

Привет! Да, я знаю, что данная фраза переводится на литературный русский язык как "вся королевская рать". Только в данном варианте перевода упоминается именно КОРОЛЬ. В то же время главный персонаж комикса - ПРИНЦ, а не король. Фраза "вся принцевая рать" не имеет никакого смысла. Поэтому я решил перевести название комикса именно так: "Все рыцари короля".
