Hey everybody, my name is garam and I am a comic artist! 'Doctor Purple and Jinggy' is one of my proud works, and that is one of the reason why I am currently translating this comic with my friend. Basically, this comic is a sci-fi comedy comic with plentiful of adult humours. There are lots of references to American comedy animations like Rick and Morty, so it must be pretty entertaining to find those references while you read the comic! I hope you guys enjoy this comic, and it will be really appreciated if you could leave the comment below. Have a lovely day!

i knew browsing hentai websites i would come across something worth keeping up with without porn and only a true artist passion. thanks for uploading it here, deviantart uploads can be a bit tricky to download entire comics.(deviantart artists can and will upload art only available in a certain folder, idk why but it means i need to find one of those favorites folders people make of that one artist just so i can see that one strip posted only in a group)

I've never seen Rick & Morty. The action starts immediately and clicks along nicely, with an adequately sociopathic Villainess Protagonist (mm, not protagonist; more like a sociopathic Donna Quixote with her trusty sidekick, and actual hero, Space Lizard Sancho Panza).

The males all dying is actually hilarious, although the comic doesn't explain how dopamine turns alien females into Space Lesbians.

Probably my biggest problem is the progressive panel schtick. Using it makes me imagine you thinking, "No one who would read my stuff would understand how to read a comic book, so I'll just flub it." It's better to master the standard comic book narrative form.

ETA:

@Polyno: The progressive panels do not make me think, "ah, enhanced comics," they make me think, "crippled animation." Entire word balloons, even jokes, disappear by the time you get the last panel.

Even worse, they fail to provide the same thrill that standard comics can give you: a progression of smaller and more crowded panels over several pages, as the tension builds and builds, until—BAM! You turn to a massive, gorgeously illustrated two-page blow-out, releasing all the tension, with a big, central action shot surrounded by little "sub-panels" with their own mini-plots.

@anime-tiddies: The "homophobia" and "transphobia" were the best parts. And don't forget the rampant "misogyny," since the villain is literally a Crazy Ex-Wife.

I don't get it: we stuff movies, books and comics with all these people you think call "toxic," abuse them for laughs, and then you screech that we're legitimating them. Why do you do that?

The comic wasn't designed for this website. It was designed for a comic reader. Try downloading the archive and reading it with a .cbz reader, and the black panels contribute a lot as a storytelling mechanism. As originally designed by Scott McCloud, the founder of webcomics.

Oh no, the new pages are all Korean

The homophobia and transphobia weren't really necessary
