Other options you might check in your torrent client are :
Options -> Preferences -> Bandwidth -> "Number of upload slots per torrent" number must be >0
Options -> Preferences -> Queueing -> Under "When BitTorrent Reaches the Seeding Goal" -> must be unticked

Can't think about other things honestly xd

Might also be firewall blocking connection or something to be done about port-forwarding xd not sure
