jeez. This isn't the kind of comic that I like, but Valdam is one of the few artists that actually interacts with this site, and has shown incredible improvement in their art style since they started. And people still downvote their work to oblivion. What the heck? This isn't a one star comic. You don't like it, don't read it. Leave the ratings for the readers that have been following his work and let them decide what it's worth.

I think it's a mixture of:
1. The Korean community still seems pretty anti-LGBT, and their government is as well. (Never forget CousinAnon, who may still be in prison for drawing traps)
2. Generally speaking too many people on E-Hentai will downvote something that blatantly isn't for them. The art can be solid to great but they're mad it's not vanilla sex.
3. I think this stuff weighed on his mind too much. I don't think his interest in guro started until people treated him badly. It seemed like venting to me moreso than fetish material.

I quite enjoy Valdam's works--most of the content they put out is right up my alley, minus the guro stuff but I can overlook that.
Art, while could use more work like on the linework, has definitely come a long way in my opinion. The coloring is pretty nice.

Hate to see another artist go because of naysayers, if that's what's going on here.ere are people who like what you do, and here.
There are people who like what you do, and heck yeah would like more of it.
