2) That belly is about 1.5 feet in diameter (This seems reasonable to me).

That seems like too many, honestly.

1) Pregnancy is shortened to only about 6 months (maybe they were saying she looks like she's almost ready to pop).
2) Her belly is only about 1.25 feet across
