I'm pretty sure the card at the end is the paper you sign whenever you take a book from the library and the book was about for writing novels so the guy NTRed him out of the girl and also appently out of writing novels too, you could say that he crossed his name out to show he is out of the game with the girl. Asama was actually more protagonist than Akito, still, I like this story, it's a very realistic scenario that a guy tries to have a goal to justifying go with a girl instead of just ask them out, dude, they're like you, people who have flaws on their own, and if you put them over a pedestal, you just distance yourself from them. On the other hand is a interesting scenery what Asama says about his own mother cheating on his dad, that maybe is the cause why he has such a carefree and cynic life view of things, ergo why he was able to seduce a inexperienced and innocent girl like Shio. Well now she can write erotic novels and in a realistic way and the kid write tragic ones, everyone wins here

While I also would have liked more sex, I think the build up was good too. For a NTR to work it needs a degree of build up. Also I give this doujin points for having the NTR dude have a little more nuance. He was a scumbag for sure but I thought they would go to comical territory by having him setup the molestation etc etc.

The only work from this artist that has the most consistent art from beginning to end. Every other work looks like that Gintama gag where they gradually run out of budget.

I'm not really a fan of these "I liked her first" NTR scenarios since it only works (meaning you sympathize with the MC) if the guy who gets the girl is always depicted as a scumbag.

I think the library card has the author's pen name in it-- the handwritten part on the 2nd line starts with "沖田" (Okita), and while I didn't check the next 3 kanji, I'm willing to bet it will read as "ababa". :P

I felt a little bad the girl lost her passion for her hobby, but aside from that I didn't really have any issue with this one. Hayao didn't move fast enough and Asama didn't do anything wrong and honestly came off kind of sympathetic with his home life. It was honestly pretty nice and the girl was super hot too.

Also I think page 23 should be "going on a date" but that's a really minor nitpick. Thanks for the TL.

Meh, NTR felt very weak with the girl falling too quickly and Hirona being portrayed as a background character rather than the MC. I almost expected that it turns out the molester guy was actually paid by the NTR guy to help him to trick the girl, it would have been better storywise.

It feels like NTR these days is all the same. Some weak, boring 'protagonist' is completely oblivious and does nothing, only showing up to remind the reader that "oh yeah, some rando has some feelings for the heroine, now lets cut back to her having sex". The heroine is always 'pure and innocent' with hopes and dreams, but then has sex once with a douchebag and becomes so addicted to sex afterwards that her entire personality and life changes, losing all semblance of who she was and what she wanted in life. This manga sums up a good chunk of NTR stories that have come out in the past couple years. I don't have sympathy for any of the characters here, I feel nothing reading it. The art is nice, but the plot is so overdone at this point that just a glance at the first couple pages is enough to know exactly how the story is going to play out. The only slight difference here is that the girl actually seemed to be falling in love with the douche character prior to having sex with him. The only "feels bad" moment really is the reveal that douche character likely set it up so that she would fall for him by looking up her interests and then playing into it but that he probably doesn't really care about her interests, or who she wants to be at all - and promptly fucks them out of her lol. Meanwhile boring wimpy protagonist is just a background character whose only purpose is for the reveal of the library card at the end. For me, this kind of NTR story is essentially just a corruption story, you could get rid of the 'protagonist likes heroine' aspect and nothing important is lost.

This is why I like Makura Cover Soft and Kuripick NTR games so much. They do NTR very well in opinion, and it's a model that could definitely be used in manga. They make the protagonist a character that is actively involved in the story and the heroines actually like the protagonist, and there's much more resistance to the corruption of morals that leads them to changing and falling for the person they are having sex with. I suppose what I'm looking for can't be found in a single issue manga that's just 40 pages long and I probably shouldn't complain so much. I just think it would be nice if the quality of stories would rise a bit, I'm kind of tired of the bog standard template that everything seems to use.
