Announcement and apology for the production period of Elsa Babe dolls

Hello everyone, today Elsa Babe has a big news to tell all fellows and partners~
First of all, thank you all for your support and love to Elsa Babe. Whenever we receive an order, we will always quickly arrange production. However, orders have come very fiercely this year, leading to the accumulation of a lot of orders. Elsa Babe’s production workshop is under tremendous pressure. Elsa Babe has been trying to find a solution, and hereby express our sincere apologies to the fellows who have been waiting for the orders for too long. In order to let the all doll fans receive the dolls sooner, we have spent months to expand the production lines. While improving production efficiency and shortening the production period, we also further improve the quality of the products. Several big changes have also been made, we greatly improve the mold line, make-up fixation technology, better product packaging, more details, and so on.
Elsa Babe promises to everyone that from May this year, all orders will let buyers confirm the factory photos and video within 20 working days, except for special customized orders~~~. Of course, buyers who do not have customized requirements can write to us as some dolls are in stock and do not need to wait. The dolls in stock will usually be shipped within a week. Elsa Babe managers will stay in the workshop, and the production masters, makeup artists and all other in-house fellows will work overtime overnight. Our goal is to shorten the production duration of all orders to less than two weeks in the second half of this year!
Here again, Elsa Babe expresses our sincere apologies to all friends whose orders have been delayed this year. Because of everyone's support, Elsa Babe can gradually grow up and get on track. We will also learn lessons and continue to provide you with better products and quality services.

爱莎贝儿娃娃生产周期公告暨道歉启事

小伙伴们大家好呀，今天小爱莎有个重磅消息要告知娃友们和合作伙伴们哦~
首先谢谢大家对爱莎贝儿的支持和喜爱，每当我们收到订单我们可是都快马加鞭的安排生产，可是呢今年以来订单来得非常凶猛，导致积累了非常多的订单，爱莎的生产车间承受着巨大的压力，小爱莎也是很头大呢，在此为先前等候订单太久的小伙伴们真诚的表达我们的歉意，为了让娃友们早日接回自己心心念念的宝贝，我们花了几个月的时间已经扩充了生产线，在提升生产效率，缩短制作工期的同时也进一步提升了产品的品质，几个很大的改变就是大幅改善模具线，不掉妆的固妆技术，更好的产品包装，还有更多细节等等等等。
爱莎贝儿承诺给大家，从今年5月份起所有订单都会在20个工作日以内让买家确认工厂图和视频，特殊定制的订单除外哟~~~。
当然没有订制要求的朋友们可以来信询问，有些娃娃是有现货的，不需要等，有库存的娃娃通常会在在一周之内发货。
小爱莎将守在车间里，生产的师傅，化妆师和工作小伙伴们都会连夜加班赶工，我们的目标是在今年下半年将所有的订单工期缩短到两周以内！！！
