For those who'd like to know more about the story:

The FMC (Mika) always had a thing for food.
During high school she tried to control her weight but was dumped by her boyfriend who thought she was too fat. Following that, she lets go and decides to stop the diet she was on for him, that's when the guy (Michio) notices her and decides to start dating her. (p.6-7)
He regularly invites her to restaurants where he orders large quantities of food for her, while she brags to her friends about what an ideal husband he would be. (p.8-16)
She gets a bit chubby, to the point of embarrassing her manager and colleagues at her part-time job, who start to make fun of her. (p.15-16)
To console her, Michio suggests that she quit her job and get married. (p.17-18)
A few months later, Mika has gained a lot of weight because her husband takes care of everything at home and she dosen't move much. She questions her health and goes to see a doctor who tells her that she is overweight and that it could be dangerous, she must go on a diet. (p.19-20)
After only 3 days of dieting, Miko is so hungry that she can't sleep. She wakes up in the middle of the night and gives in when she sees a cake in the kitchen. She feels guilty but Michio tells her that it's ok, he'll love her even if she stops her diet. (p.21-23)
Some time later, Mika's friends come to visit her and are shocked at how fat she is. She says she stopped dieting on the advice of Michio, who is very kind and will love her no matter how fat she gets. Her friends aret worried and tell Mika that her husband might be a "Feeder", that he has a sexual fetish to make her gain weight. She refuses to believe it and gets angry, asking them to leave. (p.24-26)
However, Mika begins to realize her situation and confronts her husband about it. He explains that his disorder is related to his chubby mother, whose hugs were warm and comforting, but one day she decided to go on a diet to please a man and suddenly disappear with him (Michio was rescued by the neighbors before dying of starvation). Michio becomes aggressive and tries to force feed Mika, telling her that he wants to make her even bigger. She gets scared and tries to run away, but her foot breaks under her weight as it had not been used so much for a long time. (p.27-31)

Epilogue (p.31-32):
Following her injury, Mika has been bedridden while Michio continues to fatten her up. She's now a big fat slob and can no longer feed herself or go to the bathroom without her husband's help.
She eventually convinces herself that this life is ideal: her husband is happy to feed her, he earns enough money to take care of her, and she no longer needs to worry about anything.
