It's hard to say. Most of the comics Fred Perry starts eventually do get finished or continued but I largely see it as him just drawing what he desires at the moment. I don't really know what his schedule is set nor how he decides which comic is to be worked on.

Some like the Optimus Prime and June Darby comic never really got past the sketching phase.

These comics we've seen posted here are from his monthly BootyDoc Patreon site and most of the subjects are chosen by the patrons in a monthly poll composed of their nominated ideas. Every 4ish months or so, what's known as Doc's Choice will win, and that's when he picks an idea of his own. That just won this month and we'll be getting a Bowser and Bowsette "hatefuck" comic it looks like.
