As a MTler myself I won't go at you for that. (I leave that to the real translators.)
But your typesetting needs work. You found the center align button. That's a start. Next step use comicfonts like Wildwords, Anime Ace, Wurper Comics, Wurmics Bravo, Komika etc.

And please use at least the original resolution images for editing instead of e-hentai's downscaled 1280px horizontal res images.

You can download the full resolution images via one of the following methods:
0. Stay away from aggregator sites like nh because they mostly just copy the 1280px res images from this site and don't bother to download the original size versions.
1. Torrent download (if available; WARNING torrents not always contain the latest or the fulll resolution version of a gallery. Torrents for downscaled versions normally have a 1280x in their name)
2. Archive Download (click on "Archive Download" and "Download Original Archive"; e-hentai account and some GP or Credits required)
3. The "Download Original" link at the bottom of each individual image (in case you prefer to download image by image or you don't want to download an entire gallery
