Plotline for English people: Son is mad scientist that makes a serum of his DNA for fast healing and sets up one for his mother to make her younger. Put it in fridge where mom drinks it. Everything below the waist turns into her son and she tells her friend who she then has sex with. The mom leaves then gets turned more into her son and then dresses up as him. Son enters and sees mom-clone and says he can't make her drink 2 serums in a row too fast and it will take a month or so to get the ingredients together to make more so the mom convinces him to take her serum so there's a son/mother pair.

Son takes mom's serum and gets knocked out and turned into his mother. They get changed together and sexy times happen. Then they get dressed for their respective dates tonight: Girlfriend for mom and father for son. Sexy times for both. Time skip where next-door neighbor makes skinsuits of each other so they can be themselves at least. Yadda yadda yadda futa mom fucks cunty son.

Final scene is much later where they have the right serums but decide the skinsuits are good for now. They dress up sometimes as twin moms/sons or normally be themselves. And during the sex scene the mom goes "It's my turn to pretend I'm the son having sex with his mom".
