日本人气漫画家铃木健也因为从德国进口了刊登有儿童猥亵照片的写真集，涉嫌违反关税法（进口违禁品）被日本爱知县警方逮捕。

根据爱知县警方的公布，嫌疑人铃木健也于去年9、10月两次从德国进口关税法禁止进口的「儿童色情写真集6册」。

警方后续从嫌疑人铃木的家中没收了刊登儿童色情内容的46本书籍，正在调查其到手的途径，名古屋海关现以涉嫌违法向地方检察厅提起公诉。

这件事情要是联系下之前发生的事情就比较有戏剧性了，嫌疑犯铃木健也在12月6日更新了他最后一条推特，因为之前看过纳米布沙漠长颈鹿的直播，当天搁推特上感慨了几句。

但是从6日傍晚开始就联系不上了，漫画家同行在推特上发推表示他已经失联，受到网友的广泛关注，大家纷纷转推助力寻人，最后发展成了家人报警让警方搜寻的情况。

12月14日，有作者发消息称铃木健也被找到了，但是大家都没说是什么个情况，铃木本人也没发推报平安，然后一直到20日才有官方报道出他因为违反关税法被警方逮捕的消息。

“铃木健也先生，已经被平安地找到了。感谢刚才在推特上协助转发的人。”

由于作者出事，作品受到关联的事情也不少，比如前几年的《浪客剑心》的作者和月伸宏也是因为儿童色情被调查，罚了20万日元。

去年JUMP的漫画《演员夜凪景》的作者松木达哉摸女中学生的欧派被起诉，判处有期徒刑1年6个月，缓刑3年。这部作品当时可是非常火，结果作者这么一搞被腰斩了，小编当时写过相关的报道。

还有集英社的漫画家《美食猎人TORIKO》的作者岛袋光年与16岁的女高中生援助交际被逮捕，被判有期徒刑2年、缓刑4年。纵观这些前辈们的经历也能发现，历史总在重演，没人吸取教训。
