You're new. It's ok to be new and make mistakes. Just take a look at my early shit, and you'll see it wasn't all rosy either. However, improvement is the key word here, and you at least seemed willing to take advice last time.

I'm linking a bunch of guides below to help you out with editing. I'm not gonna comment on the translation.

1. Please level your pages. Cleaning guide below covers that. I've done an example here: https://ibb.co/sybVb3R
2. Please redraw. I know it's a pain in the ass, but it's kind of a basic thing to do, and very noticeable if you don't. I've linked a pretty thorough guide below that should pull you through 90% of all redrawing scenarios you'll ever encounter.
3. Punctuate (consistently). You HAVE to punctuate in English, even for comics and manga. I know JP never punctuate minus the odd ellipses or question mark. This doesn't apply to English. Put periods at the end of your sentences, and commas where they need to be.
4. Your fonts are ok, but here's some "catch-all" suggestions for fonts that you really can't go wrong with: CCVictorySpeech, Wild Words, Spinner Rack BB.

Yeah I understand, it's not like the experience made me quit working on these stuff. I still did a few books/pages/strips for my friends after that. Just not on EH. Sometimes imgur, sometimes straight up zip file link. Anywhere but EH.

Thanks for the pointers & guides again. Really really really can't promise about the redraws in particular though.
