Or "Закулисье",

Or "В закулисье". Which is stupid, because it should be "В закулисьи" in this particular case, but lologic is lologic.

Or "В кулуарах", if one wants to hipster around.

But never a "Бекстейдж".

Either way, better translated title would be just "Автограф".

But I digress...
