I could be wrong but i think @ Quihen maybe referring to the way the characters look . maybe they want them to look like normal people not muscled guys. but thats merely a guess.

Well firstly the top kind of looks like a serial killer/sociopath and acts like one too. All his dialogue feels very deadpan and his facial expression doesn't change enough. The fact he sleeps with a couple with no remorse and stays at their house as if it's his own only adds to the sociopathic feel.

Just from a story standpoint, the characters are unlikable too. It's subjective of course but the woman is clearly meant to not be liked so that's intended, but I feel as though you wanted the boyfriend to come off as sympathetic when really he just ends up coming off as an idiot for willingly letting himself be cucked.

You could argue that you wanted the characters to come off as realistic and real people are never perfect, but character flaws are a venue to make people empathize with your characters. I see you tried to do that with the boyfriend, but I don't feel endeared to his character. I feel as though you want to set up a slowly developing budding romance between the two men, but when a person is reading that kind of narrative they have to like the two men and want them to be together to invest. I don't feel that with these characters. If this was a story purely about sex and fucking for the sake of sex and fucking, the characters being unlikable wouldn't be so bad. From what I've read so far (up to the blowjob) the story is in this weird middle ground where it's not sure it wants to be a purely sex story or a romance.

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond and construct criticism. I'll definitely make a point to think about those things prior to writing a story as it makes a lot of sense to make people more attached to characters before anything.

That being said I'd also like to point out that people have said, more so, the complete opposite of what you've stated regarding the characters being unlikeable. Maybe it could be a valid point of view, taking your points into consideration but, it's a bit conflicting when someone seems biased to their opinion which is kind of the vibe you gave off with the first comment.

To your first point, when you say "the top" I assume you mean the blonde character Lucas, as I have not categorized or given them definite roles in the comics yet (at the point you've read). He may seem dominant, or even assertive but that in no way is to mean sociopathic. Sociopathic people have very antisocial behavior and I think he has exhibited none. Maybe you're taking his sexual behavior as having a lack of conscience but, in reality many people when they find they're attracted to one another fuck as acquaintances with no remorse. It was all consensual as implied. I'm sure you understand that this isn't a question about right or wrong morals in sexual behavior but an observation into a polyamorous encounter and the possible ramifications behind it. And as far as staying at John's (the dark brown haired character), he asked if he could independent of knowing or not how uncomfortable John felt. As you may have seen, John said in his thoughts he didn't want him there but never actually communicated it. This is a flaw (from what I've read and seen) many different people have, a flaw of not communicating their true feelings.

Which brings me to your next point, John could be considered by you as an idiot for willingly letting himself be cucked but, he is also a victim of manipulation and abuse. Not every person in my opinion, under given circumstance can fully express themselves because of their circumstance, so does him getting cucked automatically make him an idiot?(I don't think so) Furthermore, he is not only a victim but also opportunistic as he secretly has an attraction to men. So ultimately, you can interpret him as an idiot but, we shouldn't stone him for not being able to express himself and suck that dick like he wanted to when his girlfriend was getting the attention of both of them. In my opinion it's not emasculating when it is consensual sex between three people, this was more of John not being able to express his true feelings than him being an idiot who got cucked.

To further elaborate on if this is purely a sex story or romance story, it's meant to be the latter. It's just not packaged the way that perhaps you're used to and I can understand how that can be off putting to you. Like I mentioned, in my reality, many adults I've known, read about, and seen have sex if there is attraction and consent prior to a romantic relationship and prior to figuring each other out. But definitely once again thank you. Perhaps I can take your opinion and begin the comic in a less abrupt manner, introduce the characters and portray them so people can decide if they're likeable or not to make it more investable.

this is kind of interesting - kind of in a way that i just stumbled upon it and am not into gay stuff, but still read the whole thing out of curiosity what's going to happen - and the characters are fun. Paola really sucks ass, though. all in all, keep it up.
