Feel like being betrayed by my effort for summarized the previous part, so I'm going to save my labor in this one.
Before this, I think his works are unsettling, but yeah it's acceptable if he had left the end like that. But at this point, I can firmly say that I disgust this author aesthetically.
Maybe the positive on my part is I didn't pay for this. (And if he sees this very comment, I think he'll disgust me for being criticized while being "parasitic", and yeah I guess that's really reciprocal.)

Tldr:
FMC is cheating, and the blonde guy decides he wants to get serious about her like real serious which leads to the bonus stuff at the end. mc sees it thinks he is failing as a man and decides to change up his look to fit the gyaru group only for them to leave that phase of their life. They see him in the news and are embarrassed apparently. He ends up joining the guy from this story and we find out he marries the first girl from the link below but, they dont recognize each other only for the mc to think he is progressing as a man. So even when he was ahead of them and they dont realize they made him stay away from them with how they acted he still fails.

So essentially the roles get flipped. The mc changes into a gyaru cause, he feels he is failing as he cant see the faces his wife shows the other guy so he believes that being a gyaru will make him a man however, everyone else becomes like the mc when they realize that they cant live like that forever. This includes the girl from the first one who yes does break up with the blond cause, she wants more and ask the mc to leave with her to start over only for him to reject her when he ask why didnt you confess earlier then? The blond dude who changes cause, the girl calls him out on that shit early on and makes him think.Even the mother, sister, and their dudes change as the mother says "it's part of growing up". This falls flat on its face when you realize that they were acting like that for some years as the mc was a professional baseball player for a bit before he took a break.

Also I will add that it's been half a year or so since the mc left which is where the bonus stuff also takes place. So the wife has essentially replaced him with the once blonde dude especially after getting pregnant by him.

Yes. It's the same guy from the link I posted earlier (the guy with the flower tattoos)about the guy who was always going to jail as he was a delinquent. He marries the mc childhood friend. And from what I can tell they dont recognize each other.
