Sadly, I don't have any tokuten in my physical possession, althought I have some pictures of those on my hard drive.

While those are animated (you need to open the original source), in my experience the the quality vs size of gifs with deterministic dither compressed with gifsicle is better than APNG

Note! For now, o:animated tag only allows .gif
Note! since the EH does not support apng, you can only see the first frame of the picture. It may be a better choice to convert the gif and include the original apng file in the torrent.

There are not many image analysis software that supports apng, I use a video player to preview.
