Tanin ni Naru Kusuri is my favorite possible setup, but it seems like DATE uses it as a series for experimenting. The second one where the guy fucks up and instead of dominating her soul, possesses her and loses himself, and now this episode where the guy's spirit gets possessed and the girl is kind of infected with his memories and personality... I wish DATE would just be straightforward and make more like the first one, and maybe the 3rd one.

@gbf-kun, DATE's probably doing this on purpose because he's trying not to use the same plot scenario as the previous story. I'm just wondering what type of possession is he going to use next. He's going to run out of ways a person can possess someone's soul. I do want him to expand more on the already possessed girls more than the four page omakes he released on his Fanbox, especially the character from the second one.

It's refreshingly original for a possession story that the one doing the possessing gets almost completely overwhelmed by the host's "soul" and ends up being little more than a comparatively minor influence on their personality.

Well, it could be cool to have a chapter where all the “possessed” girls reunite, just so we know what they became after some time.

@Der Fuhrer: in the chapter 1, “Miki” says the original body dies. We don’t see anything, but we presume that from the boy’s soul leaving his body, which stays “empty”, then it can be alive anymore. This is why the soul must go in another body or stay as a ghost for the rest of its life.

It makes me think: we have not seen a case where the soul can’t possess a body, yet: how much time can it stay as a ghost? If it stays outside for too long (more than 5 or 10 minutes?), will it evaporate? It’s not a stable state, I guess.
