How is this different to the one uploaded just shy of a couple of years ago?
Less artifacts possibly. You might want to add in the uploader comment when uploading something that is already in the system, to prevent trigger happy expunges.
It's lower rez. Someone mentioned it has "less artifacting". I don't see it. I'd probably have to compare it inside Photoshop to even tell the minute differences if there are any.

This wasn't trigger happy. For the most part this is 0001. Dimensions smaller then the original gallery and somehow that causes it to gain 20mb in file size.
Regardless of any minor difference it somehow reduces the image size while bloating the file making it inferior and ergo meets the criteria to be expunged.
I mean, if two galleries had the exact same image and were both (example only) 1600X3200 but one was 20mb but the other was 50mb for no easily discernible reason which would you consider the better one, the one that is smaller or the bloated one?
I personally am of the opinion that the only thing that should prevent an expunge is a noticeable alteration that doesn't require external programs and knowledge to find.
Basically if a dumbass like me can't see the difference after staring at it for about 2 minutes then the change isn't enough to warrant a re-upload.
