Idk man, sure she is not top model and photoshoot location not so fitting but she has some charm and her body quite nice. Or so i think, personally. I have seen like god knows how much cosplay in ten years, there are way, way worse (like those sets from porno sites, don't remember - cosplaygirls or something - back from that time when cosplay started to boom and grow very quick and porno sites with their models who used to do regular porn thought about "Hmm, so cosplay is popular, we should do some" - and boy, it was bad. Low quality costumes, mostly very bad imitations of original costume, or just straight "lingerie+wig", no emotions, no character resemblance, they didn't even try, because all they had to do is quickly shoot some images and just begin banging for video). So yeah, at least she got costume and staff. Her face is also pretty, I think. It's just she is like "exotica", which is not stuff for everyone. No cosplayer is ugly, i believe, there might be ones bad at what they do, but the reasons for that rarely lies in appearance.

Tbh, it's worse when some models start to over-photoshop their faces/hands/curves to look "more anime". I'm not going to say aloud who does that - there are plenty of examples oh e-hentai (and they are even high-ranked, yeah), you can explore yourself. There are also models who photoshop themselves so much that it straight goes to uncanny valley. So yeah, I prefer Mariigabii over any of them, trying to look 100% anime despite being, well, real life cosplayer. There are always should be a line between 2D anime picture of character and cosplay of that character.

Anyway, that's just opinion of mine, you are free to think of her as ugly if you believe so. I'm not going to argue, everyone has their opinions
