It's shoutout "to" my friend..... and blocking me "on" pixiv.

Shoutout "for" my friend would mean you are doing a shoutout on his behalf. As in he was going to do a shoutout but you are doing the shoutout for him. Blocking me "from" pixiv would mean that he has blocked you from using pixiv, implying that he got your pixiv acount suspended.

Search Results.This uploader has a lot of history of leaking pictures of kimtoxic. I thought this uploader was unfairly banned, but it wasn't.

most of the work uploaded was stuff on Kimtoxic's gumroad, which is old news. So don't try to justify a scummy practice where you're expected to pay 3 months before getting any product. It's stingy.
