I feel like a lot of people are complaining about the male main and I don't understand why. I feel like it's very fitting to his character. He helps people because it's the right thing to do. It's clear he's gone through these romantic issues before and rather than getting his hopes up he's dismissive. He probably feels he knows better since well it is his "equipment". he also doesn't want her to get hurt which is made clear throughout the entirety of the comic. Male char analysis aside the main female char has a goofy and carefree personality. So Im sure that plays a role in his judgement as well as he probably thinks she isn't thinking through what she's actually trying to offer.

Not gonna lie - I wasn't big on the character designs at first but these two are incredibly wholesome in their own way. What started as a quick poke around to see what this was about turned into 60+ pages of reading. I think this is also why I like Westerns, the dialogue and story are so much better than typical eastern ones.
