I randomly felt like adding a translation note while thinking about how much fun it is coming up with gibberish to fill in for moans and half-speech in Japanese porn comics (like plenty of the bubbles in the later pages while the siblings are in the throes of passion... "fawfh-fhuhck..."). 019.png was the hardest page in a way, not because it's difficult to understand the words, but because English is one of the least contextual languages out there. Japanese, on the other hand, tends to fall on the opposite side of things. Depending on how you read the flow of the first two panels, it could mean Hitomi's cleanup-turned-blowjob got her brother ready for another round in a hurry (how it appears in both translations), but you could also take it as Naoya briefly calming down enough to feel some slight remorse over doing his sister in the moments before they start at it again.
