Even if that is not true, you are both Russians, which makes this Western drawn art of pornographic nature, which means it goes to "Western" category regardless of other factors.
Tag "comic" is in order, and all that jazz.

Language is clearly Russian too, despite occational "smak" and such in English. Exclamations does not counts towards gallery language weight options.
Jury is out on "translated" tag - but I presume that, given the country of origin, the comic was in Russian initially. Given that it is still in Russian, it is, therefor, not a "translation". "Rewrite" at most - and that's ONLY if original text was supplanted by the new one.
EDIT: this gallery is in English, though - https://e-hentai.org/g/2056748/e48bb56232/ - so as I said, the jury is out on "translated". The comic itself is still in russian, though.
