Funny thing is that depending how you see it, Stan ex wife is Eda!

In the journal, Stan mention he marry a woman in Las Vegas but the relationship only lasted hours as she drove off taking his cars and stuff! His decription of her sound exactly like Eda and her name was the same one that Eda used when she was on Earth!

Given that there is a proven connection between Rick and Morty and Gravity Falls (some objects thrown into a portal in one show fall out of a portal in the other), scenario with Eda being his ex just may be the case in ~canon - that is, never mentioned specifically, but always meant to be so by the authors, just slightly outside of true canon outlines.

Naturally, that all are just some jokes, nods, and ersatz-cameos - but if Pixar Unified Timeline theory exists, then why not the Children of Flapjack multiverse?

@ Pseudo-Nim Well ToH creator Dana Terrance is Alex Hirsh (GF creator) girlfriend, they definitely planned this in joke/ reference! Another examples, it turns out that GF Lost Legend had snippet of Eda and mention of the Boiling Isle! The show wasn't even out yet when that comic was release
