Take a look at the netorare tag, this is default for this genre which is completely corruption by a bad guy otherwise it was no longer a netorare.

Except that netorare is a little different because yaoi is very clear cut guy/guy (though even then there can be slight levels ie cute/normal guy burly/burly etc). Netorare there are different levels of how the ntr happens and whether the guy deserves it (and at varying levels) and a person can like different levels of it. Not to add on to fact that this tag is an umbrella tag for other things, such as netori, where the protag is the one doing the stealing.
