I don't understand page 55 it only really makes sense if Nachi somehow got wind that the MC was a cuckold probably from the NTR admiral who talks to Kashima. She confirms on the same page that she's pregnant while the two haven't had sex saying that she wants to marry him. It doesn't make sense for her to say that unless she knows because from her perspective the Admiral thinks she's a virgin who only has eyes on him.

The next panel (on the right side of nachis head) is what I think translated wrong. It says: "もちろんそれ以上の存在にも...." which translates to something like "Of course (becoming an) even higher/greater/more important existence....".
I think translating it that way and combing it with the last two panels she is telling him, that she studied hard for the position of the warship-secretary, has no intention of losing to Kashima, and of course If he wishes it, Nachi would become his wife, which is the higher/greater/more important existence,compared to being a warship-secetary, she was referring to.

Now I don't know If she stands near enough the table, where the pictures of her are scattered around, and does know that he has got these pictures of her, but for sure she (Nachi) does NOT state to him in ANY WAY that she is pregnant on page 55.

I think its supposed to be deliberately vague whether or not this stuff really happened. After all, Kashima keeps saying "this is just what I'm imagining, but..." etc.

mil-sensei did the same thing in MIXED REAL a long time ago, where the sex scenes were all explicitly presented as tortured fantasies of the cuck MC, while being ambiguous if they were actually happening.

Here, its less clear. The obvious hole in the theory is that it keeps showing him having actual photographs of the sex scenes, which pretty strongly implies they are real events. I guess if you accept that the photos just represent cuck admiral's worst fears / fantasies, and aren't real objects, then the theory still works. After all, never in all three volumes has he ever actually seen his ship girls having sex. Kashima just hands him pictures and positive pregnancy tests and then describes stuff while he suffers.
